How can we change our behaviour? I absolutely love this TED talk by Dr. BJ Fogg, where he explains a technique to encourage us to start new habits. He explains that the best way to increase the likelihood of us maintaining them is to make the change really small, so it is easy to achieve. That means we don’t need to have high motivation levels in order to keep it up.
The other brilliant idea he explains in the talk is to make the trigger for the new habit an existing behaviour. That way you have a built-in reminder to perform your new task, and you don’t need to set alarms or other reminders. I think this is a fantastic way to start new habits, and I am going to try it out for myself!

Project 365
I set up this website after deciding that I want to build a more creative life for myself, so I can give up my job and be in control of my own destiny.
I have set myself a goal of publishing an article on my website every day this year, to document my journey from employment to self-employment.
The name I chose was Project 365 because I see this as a year that I have dedicated to learning and self-development, as I countdown to freedom. It started on 1st January 2021, so I have 301 days to go!
