How can I keep my brain young? I love this TED talk by Elizabeth Amini, where she discusses 10 tips for lifestyle changes to help reduce the risk of early memory loss. The tips are all easy, free, and can be started straight away. Neither Elizabeth nor me are doctors, and this should not be taken as medical advice.
1 – Fast walking or vigorous aerobic exercise
2 – Mentally engaging games or hobbies
3 – Avoid the poisons in cigarettes, cosmetics etc.
4 – Be social
5 – Have a purpose and direction in life
6 – Relax
7 – Work with a doctor who is prevention oriented

Project 365
I set up this website after deciding that I want to build a more creative life for myself, so I can give up my job and be in control of my own destiny.
I have set myself a goal of publishing an article on my website every day this year, to document my journey from employment to self-employment.
The name I chose was Project 365 because I see this as a year that I have dedicated to learning and self-development, as I countdown to freedom. It started on 1st January 2021, so I have 252 days to go!
